Conservation Technology Information Center is a national, public-private partnership organization that envisions agriculture using environmentally beneficial and economically viable natural resource systems.
The Livingston County Soil and Water Conservation District, a division of local government, provides conservation practice technical assistance, administers programs from the State of Illinois, and offers educational programs for students, educators and the general public.
This project is funded in part by Illinois Environmental Protection Agency through Section 319 of the Clean Water Act. The mission of the Illinois EPA is to safeguard environmental quality, consistent with the social and economic needs of the State, so as to protect health, welfare, property and the quality of life.
